Who is responsible for your information?
Digizu operates the Enrolio marketing website and is responsible for your personal information (the data controller). Digizu is based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. For privacy questions or requests, call 01302 985 828 or visit Digizu’s website.
What information we collect.
When you send an enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, school or studio name, approximate student numbers, the tools you currently use and what you would like help with. We also receive any information you include in later correspondence.
Please do not send student names, medical information or other sensitive details. You do not need to provide a phone number. The required fields help us understand and respond to your enquiry; without them, the form cannot be submitted.
The website and its service providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, request times and security logs, to operate the website and prevent misuse.
Why we use your information.
We use enquiry information to respond to your questions, understand your school’s needs, discuss early access and arrange a demo. Technical information is used to deliver the website, identify errors and help prevent spam.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us about Enrolio, arranging requested demos and early-access discussions, and keeping the website secure and working reliably. We use the information needed for those purposes and consider your rights and reasonable expectations. We do not treat an enquiry as consent to unrelated marketing.
Sitewell and other service providers.
The enquiry form sends your information directly to Sitewell, operated by Digizu, at sitewell.digizu.co.uk. Sitewell processes the submission and handles the submission response and configured enquiry delivery. The website does not store these submissions in its own enquiry database.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs a spam check. A verification token is included with your enquiry so Sitewell can check it. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this check and to improve its bot detection. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
Digizu hosts this website and Sitewell on a Hetzner server in Germany. Germany is covered by the UK’s adequacy regulations for international data transfers. Cloudflare operates internationally, so Turnstile information may be processed outside the UK and Germany; its privacy policy explains its processing locations and transfer safeguards. Enquiry correspondence also passes through the email services used to send and receive it. Contact Digizu for further information about the providers handling your enquiry.
How long information is kept.
We keep unsuccessful enquiries and related follow-up emails for 12 months after the last contact, then delete them. If you become a customer, information needed to provide the service is handled as part of that customer relationship, with the relevant privacy information provided separately.
If an old version of the form submits to this website instead of Sitewell, the website rejects it and temporarily keeps the entered details in your session so you can retry. This does not mean the enquiry has been delivered.
Cookies and website tools.
This website uses session and security cookies to support its forms and protect requests. It does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts. The Turnstile script is loaded only on the enquiry page when the spam check is configured.
You can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking session or security cookies may prevent parts of the website or spam check from working. Cloudflare provides further information about its security tools in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum linked above.
Your rights.
You can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request its deletion or restrict how it is used. These rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to exceptions.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can always object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing.
Contact Digizu using the details above to ask a question or exercise your rights. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.
